What?
Drive the car and safely operate up to 18 of the car controls, one handed.
How?
Pressing a button on the transmitter sends a radio signal to a control box that is connected into the car's wiring.
Who?
For
any person who finds driving difficult with two hands, or who can only
drive with one hand. All Lodgesons products can be used with either the
right or left hand. Note that the keypad rotates to any angle, and can
tilt towards the hand for easier use.
What functions are available?
Two options are available, the 9 Function Infra Red to the fully comprehensive 12 Function Infra Red.
Will it fit into my car?
Yes. We have not encountered any vehicle that we could not adapt.
What if someone else needs to drive the car?
All
R100 systems easily remove from the wheel. The modified car can be
driven as normal. The existing controls will operate exactly as
standard.
Can I see it in the dark?
They
all feature unique illuminated switches. This is standard on all R100
systems. Unlike other products, these are designed with very long
battery life in mind. It can illuminate up to 60 hours, and switches
off automatically when not used to save power.
How long will the battery last?
Thanks
to very low power design, estimated battery life is at least 2 years,
but many users will never change a battery over 3 years of ownership.
If needed, it uses commonly available AAA batteries. All feature a low
battery warning light. New R109 & R112 9 & 12 function keypad
